*1: Maximum pressure is only sustained intermittently. Continuous pump operation at maximum pressure cannot be guaranteed.
*2: The unit cannot run continuously at maximum flow rate.
*3: Pulse control is based on cam rotary compensation, activated below a flow pressure of 5 MPa.
*4: Set consistent pressure flow mode adjusts the flow rate in real time to stabilize pressure. It uses the
average of measured pressure and does not attempt pulse control.
*5: In set volume mode, when the set volume has been dispensed, pumping automatically stops.
*6: The lower pressure limiter can only be set by RS232C remote control.
